Even deformed parts with complicated shapes and irregular electrodes are automatically recognized by our AI engine with enhanced lead and shape detection. Realizes skillless work.
Improved parts installing base, expanded camera recognition range
A non-slip material installing base with clear line was adopted to make the part placement work easier during image acquisition. The camera recognition range was expanded to extract small parts and an automatic extraction function was also added.
