Responding to Variable-mix, Variable-volume Production in the Automotive Industry
Proposal by Industry
Do you face any of these problems?
- Automatic changeover of the total line that includes inspection equipment and transfer machines of other brands is difficult
- Production loss due to model changeover time is significant
- Automatic model changeover and acquisition of production management information and trace information on a line-by-line basis is not possible
Proposing an integrated line with a system that “connects” Panasonic machines and non-Panasonic machines

Integrated Line Management System iLNB
With a single dedicated computer, it is possible to connect and collectively manage not only Panasonic’s mounting machines and printers connected to the line but also the inspection equipment, transfer machines, furnaces, etc. of other companies.
This enables automatic model changeover and acquisition of production management information and trace information on a line-by-line basis.
Screen Printer SPV
It achieves high-speed, high-accuracy printing with a printing cycle time of 10 seconds, including cleaning cycle, and a repeat positioning accuracy of ±5 μm.
It supports various production types with inbuilt sorting conveyors in the front and back.
Modular Placement Machine NPM-WX / WXS
In addition to independent model changeover, the increased number of tape feeders, trays, and nozzles increases the effectiveness of common arrangements, further improving the model changeover performance.
By selecting dual specification, you can switch to various PCB transfer modes simply by selecting the program.
