Strengths and Features
Shortened parts data creation time and zero machine downtime
Equipped with the high-performance multi-recognition camera installed in the latest SMT machines, the time required to create parts data is significantly reduced (50% reduction compared to our previous product). No need to teach at the SMT machines after data is created.
*Can also be used to create data for our current facilities
Automatic Electrode Recognition by AI
Even deformed parts with complicated shapes and irregular electrodes are automatically recognized by our AI engine with enhanced lead and shape detection. Realizes skillless work.
Improved parts installing base, expanded camera recognition range
A non-slip material installing base with clear line was adopted to make the part placement work easier during image acquisition. The camera recognition range was expanded to extract small parts and an automatic extraction function was also added.
Offline data can be created for all applicable parts ranges of Panasonic's current SMT machines
