This is a high speed axial lead component insertion machine that inserts axial components and jumper wires at high speed (0.12 s/component).A sequential system has been adopted in the component supply unit to improve the operation rate.

The 80-slot type specification employs the dual- partitioned component supply method. It enables to select the operation mode( connection,preparation and exchange mode) according to the production mode, from mass production to low-volume production of a wide variety of products.The operation rate and productivity have been improved by reducing machine downtime when out of components or changeover. (Figure is an example of the exchange mode)

Mixable with 26 mm and 52 mm feeders.Reliability and space saving of components supply are realized by holding the lead of the taped components and transfering it securely.
Hole position offset function
Recognizing the positions of all the holes (two) in the insertion area, the machine corrects the component position based on the optimum insertion position calculated, ensuring reliable insertion.In addition, rotation correction and insertion pitch correction functions are also available to achieve a high insertion rate by high-precision positioning correction (XY, θ, W).

Large-size PCB support option
Large-size PCB support option allows hole recognition and insertion up to PCB size of Max.650 mm × 381 mm.
2 PCB transfer option
Two PCBs are carried into the XY table, and two PCBs are produced in one process.
2 PCB transfer option can decrease PCB loading time by half and increase productivity.
