パソコンの映像出力とUSB端子での電子ペンアダプター認識のタイミングによっては電子ペンが 正常に認識されない場合があります。
このときは、一度電子ペンアダプターを抜き差ししてください。
対象機種：全シリーズ
機種によってはタッチキーボードが小さく表示される事があります。 また、ソフトウェアやデバイスドライバーの影響で小さく表示される場合があります。 タッチキーボードが小さく表示される場合は、以下の方法でご利用ください。
・スクリーンキーボードを使用する。
・PC本体のキーボードを使用する。
【スクリーンキーボードの表示方法】
「スタート画面で右クリック」→「画面下部の"すべてのアプリ"をクリック」→「スクリーンキーボードをクリック」
対象機種：PB1シリーズ
wmv形式で録画する場合、一時停止後の復帰に時間を要します。 一時停止を録画中に使用される場合、avi形式での録画を推奨いたします。
対象機種：全シリーズ
ディスプレイで複数の画面を表示する場合、ワイヤレスモジュールはディスプレイ一台に対し一つ必要です。
それぞれのPCにワイヤレスマネージャをインストールすることで複数のPC画面を表示することができます。

VESA規格には対応しておりません。純正オプション金具をご利用ください。 純正オプション金具については、当社Webサイト、「仕様・オプションページ」からご確認いただく事ができます。

PDFファイル、JPEGファイル、プロジェクトで保存することが出来ます。
※「プロジェクト保存」の場合、ホワイトボードソフトウェア専用のWBPファイル形式で保存されます。このファイルは他のソフトウェアで使用することはできません。

市販品のUSB電源アダプターなどでも充電することが出来ます。動作検証済みのUSB電源アダプターは下記の通りです。

エリートパナボードソフトウェアMAC版では、描画画面を最新の状態に保つリフレッシュ処理を行っているため、画面が一瞬白くなることがあります。
※MAC OSに依存した現象のため、異常ではありません。

エリートパナボードソフトウェアMAC版でイレーサーをご使用中、描画跡が稀に残ることがあります。機能メニューからリフレッシュを選択する事で描画跡を消去する事ができます。
