Thyristor TIG Welding Machine
TSP Series
Overview
TSP Series
General Catalog of TIG Welding Machines
* In addition to this product (welding power source), a remote control unit, torch, and gas regulator are required for welding.
Key functions
-
Supports DC TIG welding and manual welding
-
Low spatter can be achieved even during DC manual welding
Issues
Robustness
Although the products of this series are economical machines that can be used for DC TIG welding and manual welding, they boast of robustness that provides stable output over a long period of time.
Strengths and Features
High welding performance and excellent economic efficiency
By using IC thyristors, a good arc start has been achieved even with a small output current of 5 A. A soft and stable arc can be obtained even during high-speed welding.
Advantages of DC pulse TIG welding
- Easy to neatly align weld beads
- Easy to achieve uniform penetration beads
- Uniform penetration and stable welding results
- Effective for welding plates of different thicknesses, welding plates with gaps, and all-position welding
High-quality welding even through DC manual welding
High-quality DC manual welding can be applied to mild steel, stainless steel, high tensile strength steel, Cr-Mo steel, etc. Low-spatter welding reduces the time required for removing spatter and enables efficient welding.
