300BZ3 Catalog
* In addition to this product (welding power source), a torch and gas regulator are required for welding.

Key functions

  • A quick current rise ensures a stable arc even at low output currents

  • Easy to operate with an LCD and simple button layout

  • Welding condition memory functions are preinstalled as standard

  • Equipped with Welding Navigation, which allows anyone to easily set conditions

  • The compact and lightweight body improves mobility

Achieving high-quality welding like an expert

The inverter frequency has been improved, enabling flexible arc control. Users can easily reproduce the skills of experts.

Preventing burn through of thin plates

The arc performance with a fast startup does not dissipate thermal energy and makes it easy to target the welding area, preventing burn through.

Excellent operability

For inexperienced individuals, this series is equipped with Welding Navigation to guide them in setting welding conditions, and a mode that allows operation while monitoring the behavior of the molten pool. These features help users achieve the finish they need.

Strengths and Features

A quick current rise ensures a stable arc even at low output currents

A quick current rise ensures a stable arc even at low output currents

This product starts up three times faster than conventional models and achieves an arc start with nearly zero delay, even at an output of 4 A. An arc start with less burn through is now possible in butt welding of 0.3 mm thick stainless steel (when the hot current is set to Low). Full digital control and high-speed CPU control provide reliable arc performance even at an output of 4 A.

300BZ3 welding variation

Improved arc start performance ideal for tack welding

The pulse current rises approximately three times faster than that of conventional models, achieving sharp molten edges. The use of the optional nozzle with a gas lens will further improve the bead appearance. Capable of welding thin to thick plates with a thick electrode rod (⌀2.4)

The LCD and simple button layout allows easy operation

Equipped with a touch panel that is easy to operate even while wearing gloves. Users can set welding conditions in order from left to right without difficulty.

Welding condition memory functions are preinstalled as standard

With digital control, 64 types of welding conditions tailored to several types of workpieces can be stored and reproduced. After setting conditions using Welding Navigation, users can modify and save them to create custom conditions.

Welding Navigation facilitates the setting of welding conditions image

Welding Navigation facilitates the setting of welding conditions

The main unit is equipped with Welding Navigation. The welding conditions are automatically determined by setting various conditions such as a joint shape and plate thickness while viewing the LCD screen. Furthermore, the use of the Plate Thickness Command will enable users to set the welding conditions simply by entering the plate thickness.* Even individuals who are not regularly engaged in welding or have limited experience can easily set welding conditions.

* Available for fillet welding of workpieces of the same thickness.

The compact and lightweight body improves mobility

By adopting a new type of transformer, this product has achieved a compact and lightweight body.
