Issues
A wide range of applications
This series offers versatile waveform control that can be selected according to applications. High-quality welding can be performed with a quick startup and stable arc.
Operating costs
The TR6 series is equipped with energy saving functions. The cooling fan will stop if the temperature of the machine subject to protection is below a certain level during welding.
Storage space
A case structure that is convenient for storage and transportation has been adopted. The units can be stacked vertically in two tiers for transportation and up to three tiers for storage, making effective use of storage space.
Strengths and Features
High-performance and stable arc
Arc convergence and stability have been improved by the control that is 1.6 times faster than conventional inverter machines. A stable arc performance can be achieved from 4 A to the rated current. Furthermore, by adopting a new circuit, the startup speed has been approximately doubled, enabling more efficient welding.
Versatile waveform control that can be selected according to the application
Equipped with various welding waveforms for middle pulse control (effective for thin plate welding) and low pulse control (optimal for medium to thick plate welding) as well as initial current control and other control for uniform welding. Settings can be performed on the front panel.
Also effective for DC manual welding
This series achieves high-quality welding of mild steel, stainless steel, high-tensile steel, Cr-Mo steel, etc., and demonstrates its effectiveness in increasing the efficiency of additional welding of the second and subsequent layers after TIG welding.
Equipped with effective check and protection functions
Equipped with an error indicator, power switch with a no-fuse breaker, electric shock prevention function, and connection terminals for various jigs.
Compact and lightweight case structure
This series has adopted a case structure for the ease of transportation and storage. It has achieved a weight reduction of 5 kg compared to the previous model, resulting in a weight of only 37 kg. The units can be vertically stacked up to two tiers while being pushed to move on the floor and up to three tiers during storage. Users can make effective use of the storage space.
