Issues

Achieving multiple types of welding with one unit

A variety of arc characteristics are available as standard. Aluminum MIG welding can also be supported by replacing ancillary devices, such as a wire feeder and torch. Various welding operations can be performed with one unit.

Preventing burn through during thin plate welding

The AC pulse mode has been preinstalled as standard. This model demonstrates its effects for welding thin plates and base metal with a gap.

Completing all operations at users' fingertips

The operation system is integrated in the remote control unit, allowing users to complete all setting operations . There is no need for troublesome movement and operation when an extension cable is used.

MIG welding

Full digital control achieves high-quality aluminum welding

With the integration of the refined welding performance from the welding power source integrated robot TAWERS, this model demonstrates its stable welding performance for thin to medium thickness plates. MIG welding with AC pulse control can now achieve a finish similar to that through TIG welding.


AZ$ controller

Capable of complex control with simple operation

The arrangement of buttons has been meticulously designed with special attention, ensuring that users can effortlessly execute complex controls using the controller optimized for operability. The upper LEDs are dedicated to the display of important setting items (display items: materials, wire diameter, welding process, centralized control, etc.) to enhance visibility. Frequently-used switches and dials are collectively located in the lower part of the controller panel and give users a feeling similar to analog operations. Users can complete every operation required for welding at their fingertips.


High-precision wire feeding

High-precision encoder feedback control

A motor equipped with an encoder performs high-precision wire feeding. The uniform wire feeding performance is maintained even when external factors occur, including changes in the power supply voltage and ambient temperature.

Enhanced mobility achieved by eliminating the remote control unit cable to the power source

Reduced the number of cables for improving ease of maintenance. Since the remote control unit is connected to the wire feeder, the number of cables for connecting the welding power source and wire feeder was reduced to three (control cable, power cable, and gas hose).
